Ive been doing PE for a decent chunk of time now, however my stack/ methods haven’t really changed, so I’m just wondering if any of you can add anything to it?

Here’s the stack:

Letrozole to nuke my estrogen to zero (been using it since I was 16)
DHT gel
HGH + slin (Ik it’s not a direct penis growing compound but they indirectly do it through increasing igf-1 which does grow the penis)
Water pump
All day stretcher
Hanging
Ciallis
Pocket pussy (for lasting longer + orgasiming more during sex)
And a bunch of supplements to help with sleep, cum load, cum taste

Ive also tried:
Aqualyx into the penile fat pad
Botox
Jelquing
Manually stretching

But stopped doing them as they didn’t work

Here’s the interesting thing you probably know I had my growth plates checked when I was 17 just before going on my cycle and they were closed. But it I did it with a really cheap clinic, so I thought just for the hell of it I should get them checked by this time a top notch clinic and low and behold they’re actually open, Ngl that day was one of the happiest days of my life. But here’s the interesting part, when your penis stops growing and when your growth plates close are around similar timings, due to them both being stopped by the same process which is the spike in estrogen at the end of puberty. I’m not unrealistic with my expectations I think with the DHT + HGH + slin stack I can grow 1 cm in height and 1 cm in length for my penis, from what I see it it’s worth a shot to try. Also the other methods like hanging and all day stretchers are more focused on stretching the ligament around your penis, as well as the penis pump more for lymphatic fluid
