No, the problem is the quality control. Say admin spent 2 minutes reading & thinking about vetting messages. Around 250 members have joined in the last day, therfore this means admin would've spent 8 hours (you're awake for 16) in the last 24 spamming refresh on his inbox. That's half of the time he would've probably been awake for. He's assured us he's trying to keep quality control a priority but it's literally impossible at this pace. Albeit, there could be more than one person doing vetting. But from what im aware admin is the only one doing it.
