yes i did, at most i gained dental expansion and it was like 1 mm tops, the only gamechangers I've seen about palatal and skeletal expansion is MSE and MARPE a friend of my had it and ascended like crazy, even gained a few mm of more infraorbital support and overall a super wide hollywood looking smile, they are gamechangers and make a difference
