Well, to start this post I'll talk about my previous weight, how I got to this point (it's good that someone can prevent it), and how I plan to stop being severely obese.
In September, at the beginning of the month, I weighed 132 kg and had become severely ill, both physically and mentally, due to various careless food choices, skipping cardio, and prioritizing games over health, which led me to where I was.
How i intend to reverse the mistakes I made and lose weight.
1:First thing that im doing is cutting 1200 calories from my basal metabolic rate, drink water before every meal, putting a fruit and protein in every meal, drinking 6L of water and maintaining a 9-hour sleep routine (one of the things that helps the most with weight loss)
2:Going to the gym 5x week (upfb) doing sprints 40 min after meal, do 3x resistance training week, using glifage500 to lower my insulin resistance
3:Im using tirzepatide (12,5 mg) dividing into 2 applications per week, and thinking of microdosing some aromatase inhibitor, bc of my high aromatase from body fat
everything that im doing, any tips how i improve my posts or what to do to have fat loss

I respect that you’re taking fat loss seriously, but I’d honestly recommend simplifying things and prioritizing sustainability. Fat loss mainly comes from consistent habits over time, not extreme deficits or stacking methods.

A few things that generally help:

  • Focus on a moderate calorie deficit, not an aggressive one, so your energy, mood, and training stay solid
  • Prioritize protein at each meal, whole foods, and fiber to control hunger
  • Do a mix of strength training and steady cardio (steps matter more than people think)
  • Keep sleep consistent and reduce stress, both affect fat loss more than most realize
  • Track progress weekly (weight trends, how clothes fit, performance), not day to day
The biggest key is doing something you can maintain for months, not just weeks. Longterm consistency will always beat extreme approaches.

ty bro, since my mtbi is 2600 i though that a 1400 calories diet for 2 a 3 weeks to some fast fat loss is good, after that i was planning to incraese 200 calories week until 2000
