I saw a 16-year-old saying they take 4 IU of HGH. Isn’t that lower than what the body naturally produces? Will you gain any benefits of using? I would recomend 6-8iu for benefits

Yes, for bodybuilding it can be around 10 IUs a day. But you won’t get any facial benefits or grow taller from it.

i’m on 12 ius 4 won’t do anything drastic if anything at all

Useless if things aren’t used in synergy
