Your already mostly done growing if you’re not deficient in gh your not rlly gonna grow Maby you will grow a couple cm if you react well but your probably gonna grow that much anyway besides studies show if ur not deficient it dosent add to final height

nga how am i mostly done growing at 15. i still have 2-3 more years and also look at kids with ISS they grew taller and they are not ghd.
