i think race maybe does have something to do with iq bc u could drop a south sudanian from birth into the greatest education system ever and they would still be behind and their iq would still be lower. i think there was a study in the us that proved this? but colonialism and the exploitation of africa has exacerbated these leading to the case of south sudan where the average person is dumber than an animal
