I have a rhinoplasty planned for February but I'm not sure if i will go through with it as i like my Roman nose but HATE the crookedness.

dumb question, lip LIFT to lift them higher, fat transplant, transplanting fat into the lips to make them bigger, mainly upper lower is fine
