Homo Neanderthalensis had way more bone density and weight.

WHY?

YOU WOULD ASK

WOLFF'S LAW

meaning that wolfs law is right and that we have been losing bone density due to the soft foods that we digest and chew on these days
since we know that homo neanderthalensis basically ate alot of raw meat causing them to chew harder and more on their foods putting more mechanical tension on their jaws and also their children causing their bones to become stronger and remodel
Mechanical Tension = Bone Remodeling

kinda used a dumb argument but if we do use the homo sapiens our ancestors did have about 20 percent more bonemass
due to intense physical activity which provided the mechanical loading required to build and maintain strong bones
