Will braces alone fully solve the issue? Or will I need extra work (3 Viewers)

Hey everyone, I've been looking into orthodontics and stuff recently and I discovered have this thing where my lower teeth are further back like an overbite but at the sides my upper teeth also overlap my lower teeth (Like having a narrow palate with your upper jaw but with my lower teeth). The UK offers free orthodontics for under 18s so it's fine for me to get extra stuff if needed so just tell me if I need to please. (Waiting list might be an issue though)
