Obviously there's the basic ones like PPL, UL, Bro split etc, but what split would you guys say is the best for an aesthetic build? No doubt it'll be upper body bias but I'm just trying to figure out the best one as I cba to train and get mediocre all round results I'd rather train either less or slightly more and at least look better. Many thanks

I'm only doing ppl with 2 sets atm, probably should actually go to failure instead of just to 10 reps but alas I'm a dumbass. I'll try out ppl/ul for a few months, thanks dude.
np bro but always take a break over the weekend im ngl i skip lower on Saturday and do it on Monday instead but you can do it over sat just a personal opinion

Bro ive been on a PPL for 3 years and i swear this shit is getting so boring im about to go on a bro split just to change
well i mean it gets boring but it works good with ul

I just go during the week for convenience, I reserve the weekends for bedrotting lmao

I would recommend doing a split that hits ur muscle group 3x per week like UL or ANT/POST

Did ppl for a while but decide on chest/shoulders,back/rear delts,bis/tris,legs.quite a step up from basic ppl

upper body 2x a week then fullbody 1 x a week

or just do upper

or fb 3x a week or eod (if roiding) and then just train legs at end (if anything)
