it mostly would, androgenics like test can give you bonemass, but keep in mind if you dont use aromatase inhibitors it will fuse your plates

and btw androgenics arent giving you bone mass either, at most like a few nanometers of cortical growth
most facial changes arent gonna be bone unless your bone age is omega small or you have good androgen sensitivity on bone
