Look in the mirror and use your phone flashlight to see your palate and compare to a picture of a wide vs v shaped palate on google to see which one you have

Hey, so I can't get one because my orthodontist hasn't said SHIT about my airway or palate. I'm currently just doing braces, you cant just "get a palate expander" you need to have a legitimate cause related to teeth or health, not "Ye ye i wanna have advanced maxilla"

I did, it doesn't really look clear tbh, i know my tongue goes on my teeth though.

If you have teeth mark on the sides of your tongue its narrow also if you have sleep apnea you should probably mention it to your orthodontist since its probably due to narrow airways/palate

I don't have sleep apnea, trust me if I did, my shit woulda have a palatal expander on it probably an entire year ago.
