Depending on what your skin is currently like,it really depends and may not imply on you. If your skin is simply normal, no or mild acne and hyperpigmentation etc but your complaint is that your skin is kind of dull or has poor surface quality?

3 things only:
Salicylic acid peel 10%
Benzoyl peroxide 5%
Hyaluronic acid

Retinol (optional)

Now it’s a simple protocol, you want to use benzoyl peroxide daily. If you have mild pustule acne you will benefit a lot in this since it’s simply the most water skincare product known, the average person would know everything there is for benzoyl peroxide.
The salicylic acid peel,is a very high concentration therefore it’s harsh on the skin if used too often. I recommend starting off with just once a week, then up to 2 and if you can tolerate it then you can do it 3 times a week. Let it dry for 30 minutes, peel off and I want you to immediately add benzoyl peroxide since you’ll have open and exposed pores, you can’t let dirt get into them.
Hyaluronic acid is also pretty water information,it’s the best kind of way to hydrate your skin no doubt and especially when the chemicals listed are known for your drying your skin out pretty hard.

Now this is optional, but I do recommend it and that is retinol or tretinoin. Now depending on how you react to it,you’ll be using it 3-6 times a week depending how sensitive you are to it. But you always want to use it only once a week the first 2 weeks and then build yourself up. Also it takes over 12 weeks of use to see the real results, increased protein cell turnover etc.

This is a pretty water guide, something you would see off social media pretty easily. I think what makes this a little unique is the salicylic acid peel, rarely talked about. But whether or not I hope this simple regiment will benefit from this. Mess from ************ and looksmaxxing.com was one of the first people I recommended it,and now he’s recommending to others and I got great feedback.

Very good ones, yet of course this is supposed to a very simple regimen or for people to use as their base for skincare.
Salicylic acid at 10% is pretty rough. I'm not sure how you'd get that besides some low-strength wart treatment. Where do you get yours?

Yeah,it’s only known for wart treatment. The one I have is from my dermatologist for the same reason prescribed and honestly at a pace of twice of week it’s not that harsh personally. But of course it depends,I know someone who does it 3 times a week and he says it’s ideal for him.

good post but if you have mild acne just take low dose accutane
i mean mild acne dosent really need accutane,I mean if you want very good skin generally then go for accutane. But there’s a reason why dermatologists just simply don’t prescribe accutane for mild acne
