Maybe try fixing posture, sleeping on back, mouth tape and correct eating and chewing habits. Mainly depends on how your puberty goes through. Maybe some Vitamin D, K-2 could help as well. As long as you're in puberty the sky is basically the limit through pharmaceutical intervention though
