First of all, prioritize pubertymaxxing. STAY AWAY from all physical activity. Focus on relaxing. Sleep until you do not feel tired anymore. 10 hours bare minimum but listen to your body. Sleep very early if you need to wake up in the morning. You need to see the sunrise and sunset to properly adjust, and talking about the sun get at least 1 hour every day but 3-6 hours ideally
Raw primal diet, focus on raw milk, glands, liver, brain and seafood. SPAM that shit. If you can't find a really good source then just get ground meat, wild caught fish, eggs and lean cuts...
