I just turned 15 and I’m 5 foot 10. Haven’t tried any looksmaxxing and just want to improve as much as I can. Plz rate and give any tips you can. (I’m stage 3-4 of puberty if that helps.)

Does animal diet mean just eat animal based foods ? Like strictly that?

Be healthy, eat foods which aren't processed. Consume dairy till 17 or 18, I mean only focus on your skull till that age because skin can be fixed at any age. Consume super foods, hormones maxx, vitamins maxx by consuming foods or maybe, maybe supplements. Stop wearing air pods lol

Cut veggies, fruits are better and don't taste like shit.
U drink milk? If not drink at least 1L of milk per day (if u want decent amounts of calcium helping your bones to grow) also consume yolks (vitamin K) and fish (vitamin D) for intensify the calcium absortion.

Yeah forgot to mention I get around 12-15 oz but I’ll bump it up. I also eat salmon 2-3 times a week. Should I do whole milk or what.

Mtn with Mhtn potential , the most simple but most effective advise is get 10% bf or lower. Increase your bone mass through consuming calcium and some soft maxxing like thicken and darken your eyebrows

Damn really ? I mean I used to be a lot leaner and track calories but it started to stunt my growth. But I’ll def try those soft maxes.

I mainly eat beef chicken nuts yogurt berries veggies and sourdough bread. Anything I should cut out? Also some protein powder.
Add in raw milk and mix it w raw egg yolks, the egg white’s either cook or throw away(they’re pretty bad raw) if u eat bread for gym at least always spread butter on it ideally raw butter but regardless, and a lot of cooked chicken liver and heart but don’t overcook it, it’s actually very tasty but try to get it at least somewhat good quality, it’s also very cheap. Also as much as sun exposure as possible and obviously quality sleep. If ur aiming for development also quit gym since ur using up hormones for muscles rather than skeletal structure. With this you’d maximize your height potential/ovr development even if your face doesn’t improve a lot being tall would make your life significantly better.
