I'm currently 51.5 kg morning weight (113 lbs), like 14-15% bf at 177 cm (5'8) I have slightly visible abs. Ive been going to the gym for 6 months. I would like to know if my smartest move is to eat in a big surplus to maximize my pubertal growth + muscle growth (I'm just entering tanner 4/Leaving 3), My maintenence is 2900 kcal and I eat 3200-3800 kcal of strictly ancestral foods.
Do I do a smaller surplus or keep it like this? I think my waist has grown slightly, from like 66 cm to 68 cm.
