If you were to compound all of the relevant softmaxxing tips for an adult male, the course should be no longer then 3 pages AT MOST.
Here is a list of softmaxxing techniques that I have personally used and have had moderate to very good results with.
+ = moderate. ++ = good. +++ = very good
-Meat centered diet. (Doesn’t have to be raw).+++
-no added salt to any foods. ++
-potassium+citrate supplements and other sources of potassium. (Coconut water, pineapple, watermelon etc) +
-Makeup (concealers, tinted sunscreen, mascara, tinted lip balms) ++
-Magnesium and melatonin before bed to get better sleep (will lower cortisol thus lowering water retention) ++
-Buying a shower filter. (For Hair and skin.) +++
-Bone smashing for the inflammation. +
-Getting adequate sun. (Reduces sugar cravings because it will balance your hormones, also most whites look better tanned.) ++
