ABS maxing guide

What is abdominals muscles?
Its your fucking abs jfl, They’re located are located at the front of the trunk, on the central part of the belley.
The muscle is called the rectus abdominis (rectus abdominis). It is crossed by tendon intersections.. These are the bands that cut the muscle into “blocks”. it will define how much abs you’ll have, if you have 2 bands you’ll have 4 abs.
-Can you have more abs by surgery ways?
No. It is not possible to get more abs by surgery, there’s only surgery called abdominal etching the surgeon removes fat very precisely (targeted liposuction) and this will create fake ones and imo non esthetic (Who tf gonna pay a surgery to fraud abs
)
-How do you develop it?
By doing exercise it will create hypertrophy, the muscle will grow and you'll have more visibles ones. to have even more visible ones you should keep a body fat percentage of 6-15%, Jfl look at eddie hall he fatass but has visibles one. You can also debloat by making a 10-20min intense cardio and drinkg sum water (yk basic shits) and have even more visible ones. Have a animal based diet and healthy lifestyle (10K-20k steps per day, cmon dont rot) to leanmax and have better results from your gym sessions by having enough proteins and fats.
-Why you need developped abdominal muscles?
Abdominal muscles are one of the most esthetics muscles it will raise up your attractiveness and even more if you have a good frame, JFL at those with a estrogen wide pelvis. Girls love it and you cant deny it (I have experienced it myself) and you just have to look up «ABS» on tiktok to see hoes barking at these guys even if they have a bad looking face . Overall it will make you more confident in your social interactions when you're at the beach or doing sport.

SO for this guide ill give a gym session on how to absmax
3x1min and 30s of plank (1 min rest)
3x8 cable crunch (2 min rest)
3x1min russian twist (1min-1min30 rest)
3x1min ankles touches (1min-1min30 rest)
3x15 decline crunch (1-3min rest)
Do this session 3 times per week
-UNderstand that it works in synergy
REMEMBER that it works in synergy with other muscles around. its like being true adam but being 4'11 it doesnt work in syrnergy.
(and you know good diet and shiets to have good results)
