It takes a while to figure out how to do it. You js need to experiment until u find that the hyoid area is tightened and u can still breathe

I dont know how to explain it, I am just able to naturally stick my tongue to the roof and keep it there, also the swallowing thing is only meant to put it in place but you shouldn't keep it like that all the time

Lateral means sideways

Yeah its relative to where you are but I get it, still mewing would help since even if you get a palate expander and you keep your mouth open, you will still be underdeveloped with a high chance of relapse. So its ideal to mew with the palate expander as seen with mike mews and john mews patients
