just imagine having adrenaline for the entire day. your rhr won't go below 100 for that entire day and if youre not hydrated you will get some rough headaches and heat up.
your hands are going to passively shake for a majority of the day and youre just gonna be jittery like a crackhead overall.

Super sustained energy while on it, can go the entire day without eating without even slowing down

i just use it every now and then for fun. you should either run a 2 day on 2 day off or 3 weeks MAX protocol. not sustainable long term at all.
you should start with the lowest you can handle (40 mcg for most) and taper up 40 mcg every week. you will know whether its working or not with no questions.
