I've been in contact with a clinic in Istanbul in order to get a forehead reduction july 2027, can be a bit tricky and the surgeon might have to assess me in person to check if i'm a candidate. If it doesn't work out i'll allocate the budget towards a chin implant instead.

get chin implant, unless u have a shit bitemporal width, forehead length is almost never the actual problem

the root cause is the smaller lower third making the forehead appear bigger

u would benefit much more from lengthening ur lower third than from shortening the upper. my opinion tho

i dont know a lot about fillers, but could doing filler on the nose bridge help to mask it a bit?

then i would go for the rhino, if the flaw is only noticeable from the side i would say to just do fillers.

Thats true in my case it's both though lol so i will get both procedures done at some point, i have an allocated budget enough for 1 and then the other will come not long after hopefully.
