Discussion Anyone used an egg hair mask ?
Solution
its good for your hair and makes it stronger your hair will get brittle if it gets too much protein too frequently , depending on your hair type, so either use the egg whites or the egg yolks if yolks.
Use egg whites for oily hair to remove excess oil and boost volume, and use egg yolks for dry, brittle, or damaged hair to provide intense moisture. For normal hair, you can use the whole egg for conditioning

just leave it in for 45-60 minutes twice a week max

NOt the whole egg obviously, like whisk it up a bit and use a brush to apply on the hair
nah, oils and dedicated hair masks usually work better.
