Are you retarded. Epigenetic changes can still be passed down. Indians have a certain gene that stores fat far too well for their current diets. It's a leftover from when they had to store fat otherwise they'd die from famine. People who survived the famines were more likely to store fat much better, therefore that gene would get passed down.
