Looksmax Asymmetry, Back Sleepers, Anterior Pelvis Tilt, and Fascia Lines
As someone who used to have an insane unideal facial (and body) symmetry, sleeping on your back and doing some facial massages will not help in the long run. Instead, you should seek the root cause of your asymmetry which always stems from your foot up.

If you have some sort of cranial torsion (see images below) or any other general asymmetry, look to your shoulders. Is one higher? If so, focus on stretching your fascia (see images below) and relaxing overactive and stiff muscles with exercise. If not, does one appear shorter? If that's the case, then work on rotating your pelvis outwards or inwards as well as relaxing overactive neck and back muscles. If one leg appears shorter than the other, do all methods mentioned.

If your body is not the root cause and you have instead something like a c1 misalignment or skull deformities, seek professional help instead. No exercise or product will fix bad bones.

instead of tryna make yourself sound like einstein, you could just say that the cause of facial assymetry may have been lead to by factors such as posture/ pelvic tilt. However facial assymetry that is severe and noticable is most likey caused by bone placement.

It genuinely works since the body is all interconnected. There's some studies.

Did u end up fixing facial asymmetry
Yeah, but it takes a few days to weeks if you don't have a lot of issues and up to two to three years if it's extreme.

got it, do you mind expanding more on which areas in ur body and particularly ur face u had noticable asymmetries and which of them u fixed and reversed to get the area more symmetric (for instance jaw/masseter asymmetry, eye asymmetry, neck asymmetry, etc)?

Of course. At the peak of my asymmetry, I had my left shoulder appear smaller and higher than my right and the left side of my neck appear flatter. Consequently, the left side of my face was shorter; my left eye was lower than my right and the left side of my lips pointed upwards and was wider while my right pointed downwards. Additionally, my left eye and jaw were much smaller than my right, despite the fact that I slept on the opposite side more often. I will note that I had my maxilla *appear* recessed because of the fact that I also had a shrimp posture.
To fix my overall asymmetry, I worked on my neck and eye level through neck curls, planks, leg exercises (for a strong base at the foot), physical activity, and back exercises. I fixed my eye level, jaw asymmetry, and most of my neck issues, but I haven't found how to fix my lip asymmetry. Although not as terrible because of my jaw, my lip asymmetry is unfortunately still noticeable.

I don't want to show myself, but here's a diagram for reference.
