However i have started to get SOOO fucking tired lately to the point where im in 1,000+ calorie deficites simply because im too tired to eat and i sleep before i can get my last 2 high calorie meals in like wtf i think im in a growth spurt but im also slowly dying

They make you less hungry, and give you energy. One's not "ideal" i guess, but lean is law & stims mog
