Long story short:

I'm almost 18, 5'7" (and haven't really grown in the last 6 months), and I'm at a Norwood 1. Most males in my family are bald, same as my dad.

That's the most important info about me, and I'm just not sure what I should do first:

  1. Address the coming baldness (My hair isn't falling out daily, by the way).
  2. Do a cycle focused on growth hormone or similar to target bone mass/growth (if my growth plates are still open—which I'm not sure about).
  3. Do a cycle that only focuses on building bone mass.
If you guys recommend any good threads to read on this, please send them my way.

Thanks for any help <3

Before u start pinning, Go to an endocrinologist and get a hand/wrist X-ray (bone age test).

Steroids, GH etc. These substances can permanently close your growth plates early, stunt your final height, mess with hormones for life, and cause infertility, heart risks, and mental health issues.

If you haven’t grown in 6 months, that’s normal. Male growth typically tapers off between 16–19, sometimes up to 20–21.

Most guys only grow 0–1 cm per year atp.

Btw about the bonemass, i'm still learning bout that. But i can't gave u the 100% true information based on study about that, tbh.

About hairloss, ur family with carries a genetic condition that called Androgenetic Alopecia, but Norwood 1 isn't that bad honestly. U can still prevent further hairloss with Topical minoxidil, Ketoconazole shampoo (1–2%), finasteride (either oral or topical)

Correct me if i'm wrong. DNR
