No, because you don't actually hit your bone directly. Your muscles protect your bone from the smashing so instead of your getting damaged and healed to get a better bone, It's your muscles getting traumatized. Therefore bonesmashing don't work

It also might look like it grew wider, such as smashing your zygo, but it just makes the area swollen, making it appear bigger.

I used to bonesmash my right zygo more than the left one so now it’s bigger ,i think Bonesmashing work icl

Gravity does impact how we develop facially but i think its not relevant as we all Literally are the same somewhat in meanings of Gravity, there hasnt been a human who has been raised upside down yet
