As you can see, braces push your teeth together. Before was 1 year ago. Honestly the ortho fucked me up I need palate expansion.

- struggling to nose breath during sleep, essentially sleep apenea
-mouth breathing sometimes, SUPER fucking up my potential development
I need some saving lowkey
-jaw development is now worse slightly, but my only hope is Bimax and herbst appliance.

ask ur ortho for a palate expander, or switch orthodontics, how old r u?

Its because you have small teeth if they were bigger you wouldnt of needed braces to close the gaps and make your palate smaller

fuck at least u can change lucky fuck. im 17 had braces on since 14 and 6 teeth out, no coming back from it lol only mse or marpe at 18 could save me parents wont let me change with it too
