You can try to debloat, hydrocortisone or accutane, if that doesn't work then surgery (Alectomy+rhinoplasty)

gonial is one of the most restricted parts of your face you can't actually "change" thus you'd need surgery/filler.

Posture, maybe accutane for nose and otherwise only hardmax prob like ue fat grafting to reduce that uee, ccw bimax to fix the downgrowth maybe rhino you could also consider implanta to widen your jaw and fix infras

definitely orbitals and gonial, rhino wouldnt hurt but if you try to do something with your nose, "get into a fight" and break it so it's covered by insurance (assuming you have some), and isnt considered a "cosmetic" change
