Can I be on Accutane and still use Tret to fix my acne/acne-scars quickly? (1 Viewer)

been 2months and 11 days on Accutane, my face is healing up now but I wanna speed up the process.

Can I start using Tret now or just wait up to 4 more months until I finish my Accutane cycle.
