defo not currently 1 am but alr, and btw i jst got like idk random normal milk so should i still drink it or should i jst not waste my time

see if you can get raw milk but if not get jersey unhomenogised full cream, the normal milk is usaly diluted with water and it has a quarter of the fat, its better than anything els but high quility milk is the way, it can be expensive though , its 4 usd for 2L of the milk i get and i have it every day
