Bought a derma roller and I want to lower my eyebrows, is it possible? If yes how

derma stamp is better(also can be used for skin), i heard roller damages the area , but yuh u can use it for hair growth in that area with castor oil or minox.
i doubt it'll "lower " the eyebrows but overall a good choice.
