Thanks but I have one more question, I’m not sure if I can mew properly like yes I can put my tounge to the top of my mouth but I was born tounge tied and tbh my tounge dosent really fit in my mouth that’s why I asked about the expander. Everyone always says to “suck” the top of your mouth but when I do that I can’t breathe. Lmk if there’s a better way to dot it please.

Valid, you should get an expander yes, in puberty it helps a lot and you can just lie to your dentist, as long as you pay they will give you one. Also consider getting your tongue tie removed, it's a full anesthesia sugery, sounds scary but does the job

Yeah I got my tounge tie removed when I was younger but I already convinced them to give me a herbst device I’m worried they will just say no if I ask for an expander and think I’m like weird or something

The thing here is, your jaw looks really narrow and you're boneless. Wouldn't rate you LTN but LMTN, you're still young and have time tho. Start a raw carnivore diet, self explanatory and don't let the forums consume you, you're young and gullible, be smart and use it to your advantage

Go look at Idec 's guide in the pinned thread. Normally a tongue tie shouldn't be a problem (except if it's severe). You might be a little too recessed, that's why you can't breathe clearly. Stick with it until you can breathe better I guess.
