Can volufiline really get rid of upper eyelid exposure? (1 Viewer)

Ive seen a few videos saying that volufiline can get rid of your upper eyelid exposure (most notably salludon saying its what he used to get rid of his) but for some reasons I'm having trouble believing that it does, so can someone confirm for me that it does or doesn't. If it does work how much should I use and if it doesn't what else can I do to get rid of my upper eyelid exposure?
