we all want it tbh, i don't see any downsides, the problem is getting a good surgeon cause none of us want to get botched with all the cases we have seen we know it's a possibility, but besides that most surgeries done by a good maxillofacial surgeon have 95% success rate (ofc depending on the surgery the success rate and safety varies) but will do in the future, I'm wage slaving rn to save up for the stuff i wanna get done
