Take out the original insole of your shoe and put in flat lifts, put the original insole back and voila you are 1-2 inches taller and people don’t know when you take your shoes off you have lifts in unless you drop 3 inches in height

the density is spread over a bigger surface area? idk what you mean by that

but no the part of the bone that is lengthened is actually 1.3 times as thick as the rest of the femur or tibia
the only reason why people hate LL is because its foid propaganda
