We know turkey and Thailand are notorious for their surgeries and cheap procedures. But with the huge quantity of them comes with unlicensed surgeons. Some countries that have good and cheaper surgeries are

-Philippines
-Malaysia
-China
-Poland/spain ( way higher quality but more expensive)
-mexico/brazil

Some of these countries like Philippines and the Latin American ones have more safety regulations, but some get away unlicensed. Poland Spain China and Malaysia have way better regulations but are slightly more expensive .
