The regiment so far is one hour of chewing every day at first I did use normal gum but the problem is it’s too soft and you need like 50 pieces so I would recommend just buying mastic gum which is what I bought and it made my life way easier as I don’t look retarded with a ball of gum in my mouth and I will update in 30 days this is what day one looks like so far.
