PREREQUISITES

SODIUM
For normies this is the primary way they get bloated, sodium makes out bodies hold water in our extremities and our faces (hence why you get bloated after thanksgiving or a cheat meal it's very high in sodium) Don't avoid sodium tho it's essential for your well-being. What matters is having a decent balance with sodium, water, potassium and magnesium.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol is a looksmin in every case, it's horrible for your brain, liver and will make your face flush red and hold water from rebound swelling. there are better ways to control your inhibition
ESTROGEN
Estrogen is one of the main ways roidcels get bloated, keeping your estrogen on the lower end of the reference range is best to make sure you never get that estrogen bloat. Use an AI appropriately and you will never have this issue, pinning more frequently help.
ELECTROLYTE BALANCE
Okay so this is going to be your main way of keeping the bloat away. Drink a lot of water at least a Gallon a day with electrolytes. Know how much sodium is in every meal (ask your mom or cook your own food in college) if you cook your own food and have your diet in control you will know exactly how much sodium in there and how much potassium you need to have the correct ratio (4:1). just sip on the gallon of water throughout the day. Make sure to get magnesium (preferably Glycinate) before sleep to get your magnesium in for the day.
DIURETICS
all roicels should know what aldosterone is. The Mineralocorticoid receptor (mr) is one of the primary ways of regulating fluid and electrolytes in the body. the primary agonist of the mr is aldosterone so if we can manipulate aldosterone then we could manipulate fluid retention. The great thing about the mr pathway is that manipulating it directly is one of the best ways to negate bloating from most compounds (roids, minoxidil, hgh).
Eplerenone is going to be your best option here as things like spironolactone just aren't selective enough. so just stick with eplerenone okay kid.
So what doses should we take? start with 25-50mg for a couple of days maybe a week. if this is enough then no need to up the dose. if not then you could go up to 500mg although i would take it slow like 100mg first but be careful and manage your AAS doses enough so that you don't need this much. im gonna say it again if you don't manage you're electrolytes well enough you can get fucked up bro. also it's better to take it in the morning. you can take this long term to keep the bloat away just be careful.
The next one is lasix and this one is for that "instant" debloat effect. lasix is a loop diuretic (guide coming on them soon) but it's very powerful and you could use this before a photoshoot or something. 20-120mg, I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS. Just experiment safely bro.
to be permanently chiseled then just manage your electrolyte balance and use a dose of 50 to 300mg of eplerenone.
