January 2026:
Reta doses by week: 3mg, 2.5mg, 2mg, 2.5mg, 2.5mg
(the reason for the drop is bc I jumped too much and got sick)
ADDED ISOTRETINOIN 20mg daily
ADDED RAD140 10mg daily for 6 weeks
*kinda raped my liver here but I’m good now

Feburary 2026:
Reta doses by the week: 2.5mg, 3mg, 3.5mg, 3.5mg
Isotretinoin 20mg ed
Rad140: 10mg ed
(Got braces and a Palatal Expander)

March 2025: (today)
Reta doses so far: 3.5mg, 4mg, 4mg
Isotretinoin upped to 40mg ed
ADDED MT2 250mcg ed for 2 weeks then 2x a week + tanning bed
ADDED nolvadex 20mg for 2 weeks, 10mg following 2 weeks
ADDED: Tadalifil 5mg ed before lift

Dropped the rad140 here (feel that it was slowing down my isotretinoin progression and for the sake of my liver)
