as someone who did this retarded shit for 6 month, it doas work but it doas irreparable damage to your growth.what matter is calorie in and calorie out wich is also bad for your growth during puberty

I’m 20 I think I’ve stopped growing. although I was a very late bloomer and am not sure if I’m even fully through puberty yet

yea ur prob done growing, just eat 1 rice bowl daily if ur trying to lose weight

yes you can do this just but you can go further with self control and good nutrient timing especially carbs around training
