I mean if you were htn, it's not neccessry to have a good physique or near as important it would be with mtn and below, but a good physique is gonna make everyone more attractive htn or not

I think it depends on your height, if your a 6' htn, a lean physique will suffice for 99% of foids.

If you're a 5'6 manlet, you should nichemax and go all in on the gym, even with an htn front.

yes physique does matter but it wont make as big of an impact as if you were worse looking it would boost your smv less as an htn if that makes sense
