I have a FAT ASS dorsal hump it literally looks disgusting to look at, and even tho my maxilla is not the most projected it isn’t that recessed that a dorsal hump like this could appear. Also my ugly ass grandpa has the exact same nose. Is it worth it getting rhino in this case ?
