As for mitochondrial enhancers, NAD+ and L-carnitine intravenously has worked wonders for me. I also like throwing in Methylene Blue in the mix as well as Glutathione to maximize my IV session at once since i’m not the biggest fan of sitting in a chair with my arm wired up for 20 minutes. I should mention that my mom owns a beauty salon and is the reason i have facilitated access to this great IV stack.
