Don't need a guide its very simple just get a sharp blade ( id recomend getting one from a razor) then disinfect it with soap/ bleach and cut the corner of your eye very slightly at a downwards angle, wait for it to heal (about 2-3 days) and do it again untill you like how it looks

1.Colored contacts (lighter eyes look better on everyone),
2.pilocarpine nitrate eye drops (more striking and visible for light eyes),
3.Brimonidine tartrate eye drops
4. Medial canthus eyeliner
5.eye lash and eyebrow dye
