Guide Eye Area Softmaxxing: Aegyo Sal and Orbicularis Oculi Training Guide

Have you ever seen someone with Aegyo Sal AND Eyebags/dark circles? No, because when you have a shitty OO tone the facial fat, blood and water from lymphatics and veins follow the gravity and accumulate under the tear trough ligament. When you have a strong OO it acts as a draining pump, activating the drainage systems and avoiding the collection of this pseudo-hematom in this area. How to aegyo sal maxx? Aegyo sal is part of a muscle so you can train the muscle to obtain it. It is a part of the obicularis oculi that circles around your whole eye, training this muscle will give u a better aegyo sal, less uee, and the illusion of positive canthal tilt so as you can see, training this muscle will improve eye area by a lot. How to train it? start of by pulling the outsides of ur eye upwards and outwards not to hard and then squint ur eye. Make sure to not use your frontalis because this will make ur eyes look worse by making ur eyebrows higher set, and more uee so it’s important to do this excersise right, perform this for 50 reps, 4-5 times a day. Another way to train it is to lift ur eyebrow up with ur fingers, then try and squint ur eyes again without using the frontalis, try and use ur bottom eyelid muscle rather than ur top eyelid for optimal aegyo sal gains. do this 30 reps like three times a day. stay consistent for 3-6 months for best results, results can be seen in less then a month though

this is a guide i made a while ago abt softmaxxing ur eye area. Thought I would share it although some might call it cope. Worked for me tho
