OP Face rate + advice 13.5 years old

bradar am only 13.5 iam praying to god puberty saves me

puberty wont save you unless you eat properly and have good habits

lets start with posture, you should good posture regardless of where you are and what youre doing, all day (there are youtube videos explaining how to determine your perfect posture)

start mewing, youre not even 14 yet so mewing will have a good effect on your facial bone structure if done properly
stop mouth breathing (especially in your sleep)
sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees to promote the good posture
start going to the gym, itll improve T and promote some more facial growth (its extremely important you do NOT overtrain during puberty)
start supplementing D3 K2 for your bone health, along with zinc
make sure you drink minimum of 500ml of milk daily to get some lactofferin for your bones (preferably high fatt milk)

get ENOUGH sleep, very important, minimum of 8 hours daily, sleep is when real growth happens.

stop eating garbage foods, make sure you intake enough protein daily (0.7-1g per lbs), limit the mcdonalds and other bullshit and try and eat healthier options

if you do all of these properly and CONSISTENTLY you should have no problem ascending a fair amount

i do all of those like all of it beside milk cuz iam lactose intolerant rn i cant do much beside pray my genetics work and thx for the advice
