It'll only give you a lot of height if your posture is cooked. even then it likely won't be more than a couple cm. If you do have tilt you should be able to tell just by looking in the mirror. fixing it is mostly cope unless you have really shit posture and fixing it i believe is mainly a process of doing various stretches
